Security Job in Oxford

Over view:
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of on-demand staffing solutions, seeks a responsible and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Savile Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
Conduct regular patrols of the site, inspecting for security breaches, hazards, or suspicious activity
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents
Enforce security regulations and policies, including access control, parking, and contraband restrictions
Report any security concerns or incidents to management and local authorities as necessary
Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all security-related activities
Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services
Undertake regular training to stay up-to-date on security best practices and procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Physical fitness and ability to work independently for extended periods
Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable
First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
